Wonderful Greenwich Finance Firm looking for Receptionist/Admin Asst.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer several phone lines, professionally direct calls accordingly and/or take accurate and detailed phone messages
  • Greeting a diverse group of visitors in a professional, friendly and hospitable manner
  • Schedule meetings and allocate usage of conference rooms
  • Maintain the conference room and prepare the room for meetings
  • Responsible for the ordering and pickup of firm lunches on a daily basis
  • Arrange courier and FedEx deliveries
  • Maintain inventory of the kitchen and office supplies in the supply room and re-order as needed
  • Making all travel arrangements for analysts and other personnel
  • Provide support to Senior Executives as needed
  • Handling administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing and opening mail
  • Perform other administrative or office duties as required

 

Qualifications:

  • 2 4 years of experience in a Receptionist or Administrative role
  • Must be polished, professional and presentable
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications such as Outlook, Word, Excel, Explorer and PowerPoint
  • Must be proactive and have a thorough work approach
  • Must be extremely well organized
  • Experience interacting with Senior Management
  • Must have excellent, organizational, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Must be self-starter and self-motivated
  • Prior experience at a hedge fund or private equity firm a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Must have a car
  • Office hours 8am – 6pm Monday – Friday
