Summary of Position:
Work as a member of the HR team to manage a large scale project. This person will be responsible for managing a project to meet its objectives; which includes; but not limited to: planning, development, coordination across the organization and execution.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Ability to manage projects and ensure they meet all expectations for delivery
- Create and manage project schedule and task details
- Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities
- This individual must be able to track and support all tasks, keep all stakeholders apprised of status and issues, perform risk analysis and create risk mitigation strategies.
- Ability to work across the organization with different stakeholders and ensure stated deliverables are being met
