 Dynamic Office in Stamford, CT looking for Payroll Administrator.

 Candidate should have a college degree in Human Resources or Business Administration and 3+ years related experience in Payroll, Human Resources, operations or audit compliance. Experience with budgeting is a plus! Must be a team player and have the ability to roll their sleeves up!


Requirements: Some of the duties include:

  • Processes and manages company payroll system, maintains payroll information by

designing systems; directing the collection, calculation and entering of data

  • Processes company incentives, bonuses, etc. via payroll in partnership with retail


  • Analyzes and updates payroll records by reviewing and approving changes in exemptions,

insurance coverage, savings deductions, job titles, division transfers, etc.

  • Manages and processes outside agency requests such as, child support garnishments,

wage garnishments, etc.

  • Recommends strategies for and maintains payroll guidelines by writing and updating

policies and procedures

  • Protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential, recognizing when to

partner with Finance and Human Resources on issues

  • Remains proactive and up-to-date on multi-state payroll regulations and compliance

reporting, ensuring the company is in compliance at all times

  • Creates and analyzes reports to update management team of payroll liability, partnering

and making recommendations as necessary

  • Maintains Time & Attendance system for accuracy and timely processing
