Provide functional support for customer and business processes (including but not limited to Customer/Product setup, Vendor Taxonomy, Enterprise data management) with focus on process improvement and addressing client/customer needs. Lead Practitioner of Customer and/or Product Master and other proprietary data domains.
Responsible for system setup and delivery of information to internal stakeholders within Sales and Finance in support of creating new or updating existing products, or Customer data records (Account, Person, Relationship, Vendor and others), or solutions, in support of our broader Master Data Management roadmap.
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of customer and product data in corporate transactional systems.
Follow current business processes in order to process, and ensure accuracy of client facing customer and product data.
Provide regular and on-demand ad hoc analysis and reports to internal stakeholders and senior management.
Support and provide help and guidance to junior staff.
Use relational database reporting tools to provide ad hoc analyses and reports. May include ad hoc reporting with focus on matching externally collected market data to the main centralized client data repository.
Conduct and/or guide database testing to ensure that business logic in corporate systems is consistent with established business rules.
Develop, maintain and improve working relationships with peers, customers, and key stakeholders within Sales, Finance Client Partner and Client Servicing. Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously. Understand how to interpret internal customer business needs and translate them into application requirements.
Support the adoption of future data manipulation business processes and tools by identifying and documenting business requirements and participating in the design, rollout, and ongoing data management activities. Manage feature definition and set appropriate guidelines for the user interface and functionality of the product.
Ability to work independently and process requests that may reference multiple data domains, with varying degrees of complexity.

Provide long term tactical support for the Master Data Management program, which will consist of short-term and long-term process, and technology-based system and data enhancements that will improve customer and product information management and sharing, consistent client experience, and standardized system or data warehouse-based reporting and analyses.

2 - 5 years’ work experience in a research or analytical position, business analyst experience or content management experience.
Prior experience with relational database reporting.
Ability to logically structure and present content.
Strong mathematical, analytical, and pattern recognition skills.
Experience with and knowledge of Microsoft applications, proficient in Excel.
Proven ability to collaborate in a global / matrix environment.
