Great opportunity to join a thriving busy marketing agency searching for a business and consumer marketing data analyst, someone who can put a story to the numbers and a brain behind the findings. As the lead of the analytics team, you’ll harness data to provide insights that optimize client success and highlight findings that connect the data with market trends and opportunities.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the Data and Analytics Team to provide reports, trends and tactics that are driving business results
  • Mine multiple systems to identify insights and performance metrics that are the key drivers leading or hindering success
  • Have a background in data, finance or marketing analysis (SQL,EXE)
  • Experienced in scrubbing data and excel manipulation to create compelling reports
  • Lead team of 2-5 direct reports to drive vision, process and data, query's, hypothesis' and overall findings
  • Provide a POV on best practices, reporting optimization and owns the process within the organization - streamlining communication, integration and deployment
  • Accustomed to working cross-functionally between various departments and clients to understand key program objectives and nuances that influence performance, as well as independently, consistently monitoring long-term programs to ensure they are in line with forecasts and performing to goal
  • Desire to translate numbers to a strategic business approach - utilizing creative and tech resources to create new ways of delivering a compelling data driven perspective


  • 7-10 years of experience in business, finance (stats) or marketing reporting
  • Skilled in quantitative market research and business performance analytics
  • Strong background in data manipulation and frameworks that drive business results
  • Proficiency in understanding the full business landscape to deliver cohesive stories that summarize quantitative findings into business driving solutions
  • Must have experience managing cross-functional team with at least 2+ direct reports
  • Innovative and curious mind
  • CPG, liquor, retail or ecom experience required
