  • Review customer returns for discrepancies
  • Process all customer return discrepancy documents in a timely manner
  • Follow up on discrepancy submissions
  • Reconcile customer deductions to credits issued
  • Communicate with customers via email, mail or phone
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Perform monthly reconciliation of customer return balance sheet accounts
  • Work closely with OPS to make sure all information and deductions are captured
  • Record Bi-weekly payroll entries
  • Quarterly Payroll reconciliation

 

  • High school diploma or equivalent plus 1-2 years accounts receivable and general accounting experience. BA preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Excel
  • Experience with Accounting software programs; MAS90/200 helpful.
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
