This is a career position for a bright college graduate with 1-5 years of related experience:

The Compliance Coordinator facilitates the regulatory program.

Duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Regulatory:
Keep current on relevant regulatory information and communicate it internally as appropriate/directed
Manage/assist on government agency inquiries
Create and/or change Inventory/Product Master Data
Participate on training internally and externally on Responsible Distribution, Regulatory & Insurance
programs and other SOPs
Complete projects as they arise
Complete warehouse safety audits periodically as needed in coordination with Operations Manager
Participate in warehouse audits either for internal (inventory count, new) or external reasons (customer,
suppliers)
Complete Quality, Regulatory, Safety questionnaires for Customers and Suppliers in coordination with the
Sales Support and Product Managers
Coordinate and collaborate with other regions and divisions on insurance, regulatory subjects
Facilitate claims

Bachelor¡¦s degree required

0-5 years related experience i
This position requires someone that is highly organized, communicates
information professionally and follows up in a clear and timely manner. The individual must have excellent
attention to detail, analytical and time management skills. S/he should have strong written and verbal
communication skills. S/he should have good interpersonal skills and a passion for providing excellent service.
The individual must be able to work independently and as part of a team. Positive, energetic and enthusiastic
attitude, proactive, responsible, results driven, problem/solution oriented, flexible to the needs of the
business. Strong computer skills (MS Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
