The main focus will be to provide support/backup to the Asset Mgt. group for asset database, recovery of hardware from departed associates worldwide and invoice processing.
Assistance with audits for compliance with all asset management standards, policies and procedures.
Ensuring database accuracy and information availability.
This individual will need to be flexible, extremely organized and client focused.
Working with computer products and technology
Juggling multiple high priority tasks with very tight deadlines
Finding alternatives to overcome current obstacles
Scheduling and monitoring multiple events which span across departmental boundaries
Ability to manage process implementation/adherence across various business units
General computer software experience
3 plus years in a networked environment
Database experience a plus
Help Desk experience a plus
Required technical knowledge and skills:
Knowledge in hardware and software technology
Knowledge of technology purchasing and distribution channel
